For those moving to the Riverside area there are more than one thousand homes currently on the market that might interest you. These range from standard craftsman style properties like you'd find with central Toronto homes all the way to Florida real estate to unique homes that can only exist on the western coast. But everyone knows that when you're looking for real estate, especially in California, location is everything. And there are all sorts of choices when it comes to selecting the perfect place to live when you include the surrounding area of Riverside. Here are some of the best options you should check out if you're interested in moving from Bloor Yorkville in favor of a beachfront condo or are searching the market for a family home.

When looking within the city of Riverside the most popular places to buy a home are currently Hawarden Hills, Alessandro Heights, and Arlington Heights. When you're looking at new homes London Ontario based to properties in Boston you are going to get a large range of prices when searching in different areas of the city and things are no different here in CA. All of these three locations are in the southwest of the city limits and Hawarden Hills is the closest to the downtown core. Homes here have an average listing price of $1.26 million. Alessandro Heights is a little further south and includes prices in the $750,000 range while Arlington Heights is further west and homes are reasonably priced around $450,000.

Moving further west towards the ocean, Corona offers an average listing price of $350,000. This is significantly higher than the average price in Riverside, which is a mere $250,000. Corona homes are actually selling for close to their asking price, with an average of $325,000. This means that there is great resale potential, which you should consider when negotiating with private lenders for mortgages. The most popular region of the city for recent home sales is just south of downtown. Like with Riverside the average price of homes in this area are well above the norm for the city and currently sit at around $600,000.

Going in the other direction you will find Moreno Valley, where homes are the least expensive of the three locations. Here there is an average listing price of $180,000 and the homes in the more popular region go for around $230,000. If you're looking for your first home or are interested in a property to flip where you can upgrade everything from the bedrooms to the vanity cabinets than you may want to start your search in this region. Other options include Fontana to the north of Riverside and Perris to the south.
